Who we are and what we do here
The project grew out of an entirely ordinary need: to have one place where you can find out how individual slots differ from one another. The tiles in a catalogue all look equally tempting, and a picture tells you nothing about the pace of a game or about what happens in the bonus round.
So we prepare reviews of individual titles, profiles of game studios such as Amusnet, Endorphina, Thunderkick and NetEnt, and themed overviews sorted by return or by volatility. Alongside them come guides that translate the terms from the info panel into ordinary language.
Everything is written in English and for an English-speaking audience, not pushed through a translator from another market.
Why we keep repeating that we are not a casino
We are not a gambling operator. We do not offer play for money, we do not run gaming accounts, we do not take deposits or pay out balances, and we have no access to any player's betting history.
Registration, payments, identity verification and any complaints are handled solely by the operator on its official site, and its wording of the terms applies there. Our texts do not replace it, and they could not. For the same reason our reviews do not quote licence numbers or the names of authorities; those are the operator's details and a player should read them at the source.
The difference between a catalogue and a casino sounds like a formality, but it is not. It decides who you write to when something does not add up.
The editorial team and how a text comes about
The content is prepared by a small editorial team that has followed slots and online casinos for a long time. The texts are written by people, a second pair of eyes reads them before publication, and the games we write about are at least tried out in demo mode.
On every page you will find the author's name or the team's signature together with the date of the last check. When an error turns up in a text, we correct it and move the date; we do not change it quietly. The usual questions about how we work are collected in the frequently asked questions.
How we handle numbers and why we give no scores
For every game we state three things that can be verified: the RTP, the volatility and the game features. The values are taken from the provider's official materials, from the title's info panel and the studio's documentation, and every table carries the source and the verification date. We do not copy them from other people's lists, where an error, once introduced, keeps spreading for years.
When a figure is ambiguous or missing, we write an approximate value according to the provider instead of an invented exact number. We also deliberately avoid stars, grades and overall scores. A rating of that kind is subjective, cannot be verified and is easy to manipulate.
Our comparison tables therefore contain only hard game parameters. You can build a ranking from them by your own criterion: some people care about the highest RTP, others about a calm ride without big swings.
Contact, feedback and responsible gaming
If something is missing from the catalogue, if you have found an inaccuracy or if you want to suggest a game for an overview, write to us through the contact page. Substantive feedback is acted on, and when we correct something we move the check date so that it is visible that the text has changed.
The content is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We treat gambling as entertainment with a price tag rather than as a way of earning money, and we do not blur that in our texts: no RTP figure and no bonus guarantees a profit, and every round is run by a random number generator. Limits, warning signs and contacts for help are collected on the responsible gaming page.
And if you want to see our rules in practice, open any review in the slots section and look at the table below the introduction.
